Travel scenic Old King's Highway to discover centuries of Cape Cod history.  Travel to picturesque Provincetown and make sure you try the local favorite, lobster roll, from one of the many eateries.  You are sure to see some "gentle giants" on the whale cruise or for you landlubbers, an optional Dune Tour is available. Visit Sandwich, the oldest town on Cape Cod, and tour the Sandwich Glass Museum. In Hyannis, stop at the JFK Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, Hyannisport and the summer parish where the Kennedy’s worship. No trip to the Cape is complete without a ferry ride to the beautiful island of Nantucket!

Monday

After breakfast at the hotel, depart with your local guide for a full day of touring. Travel the Old King's Highway, a scenic byway winding through centuries of Cape Cod history. View the Eastham Windmill, a Cape Cod Lighthouse and visit the Cape Cod National Seashore Visitor's Center. In Provincetown, take time to enjoy the wonderful variety of restaurants, shops and galleries that make this artist/fisherman village so unique. This afternoon you may choose to board an excursion vessel for an amazing experience of Whale Watching or you may choose to stay on dry land and enjoy a Dune Tour along the Cape Cod National Seashore. Dinner is on your own this evening in Provincetown.

Tuesday

After breakfast we will board the ferry at Hyline Docks to the stunning island of Nantucket. Upon arrival, your guide will point out restaurants, galleries, shops and museum that are within walking distance to the dock for lunch on own and shopping. (Wear comfortable shoes for the cobblestone streets and brick sidewalks of downtown.) Dinner is on your own this evening in Hyannis.

Wednesday

After breakfast we depart for a tour of Hyannisport including the JFK Memorial, Korean War Memorial, and a view of the summer parish of the Kennedy's. Next we visit the John F. Kennedy Memorial Museum with free time after for lunch and shopping. Travel to Sandwich, the oldest town on the Cape. View the Village Green, the Great Salt Marsh, a Cranberry Bog and Cape Cod Bay. We will visit the Sandwich Glass Museum and watch a glass-blowing demonstration. A Farewell Lobster Dinner is included this evening. Alternate entrees will be available for any "landlubber" not wishing to eat shellfish.

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and depart for home at 8:00am. Rest stops and lunch on own en route.
